Return/Exchange Policies

You can return/exchange your purchase, excluding shipping charges, within 14 days
All returns/exchanges must be unused and in their original condition
We do not accept returns/exchanges on soiled or washed items
All refunds will be issued back in the original form of payment
Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the customers sole responsibility
Please package your return/exchange in a sturdy envelope or box
Be sure to obtain a tracking number for your return/exchange in the event your package is lost
We regret we cannot refund shipping costs on return/exchange items except in cases where we have made an error in completing your order or due to manufacturers defect
A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless products are being returned due to manufacturers defect, or our error.
ACTUAL, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Please note that amount may be more than shipping charged on your order.
Any brokerage fees will be charged back to the customer
